PROVENANCE  Wherever possible we buy from local farmers, growers and suppliers.  We source our seasonal veg and salad leaves from Radford Mill in Timsbury, Barrington Farm in Illminster  and Plowright Organic in Nether Stowey. Our fish comes from British waters supplied by Kingfisher in Brixham  and our meat comes from Marshalls Elm Farm in Street, Mike’s Old Spot pigs, Cossington and P &amp; K Meats, Street.  We get our bread and burger buns from Pullins Bakers in Yatton and Burns the Bread in Glastonbury.  Blackacre Farm in Yeovil supplies us with our freerange eggs.
